Unpopular opinion: Hitting 30 days without a plan felt better than any goal I ever set
I tracked my time for a month after reading a book, and I was shocked to see I spent 127 hours just on small, reactive tasks. I thought being busy meant I was getting things done. Looking at that number made me stop and ask why I was filling my days with stuff that didn't matter to me. Has anyone else seen a number that made them change their daily routine?

Tracked my own time for a week and found out I spent 12 hours just staring at my phone deciding what to eat. Honestly embarrassing but also weirdly freeing to admit my brain runs on autopilot for a third of the day. Cut the food apps and now I just eat whatever I can grab without looking, which is basically toast and regret.

I tracked my screen time last year and saw 40 hours a week on my phone. I mean, that's a full time job. I deleted all the social apps for a month and just read books instead. It felt weird at first but way more calm.

My mate did that and said his brain felt less scrambled after a week. Honestly, he even started remembering his dreams again.
