The one habit that killed my procrastination for good

I spent years jumping between planners and apps trying to get my life together. Then I tried something stupid simple: every morning I write down just 3 things I want to do that day on a sticky note. No apps, no color coding, just a yellow sticky on my monitor. After 6 months of this, my project completion rate doubled compared to when I used Trello. Anyone else find the low-tech stuff works better?

Sticky notes are fine but they don't scale. When you have 20 projects going at once, a piece of paper gets lost or forgotten by noon. A digital system at least sends reminders and keeps a history so you can look back and see what worked. Sticky notes disappear the second you take it off the monitor and then you have zero record of anything. How do you track progress over months if you lose the note every day?

Ngl, sticky notes force you to remember what actually matters.
