Switched my morning and evening routines and it changed everything
I used to do all my heavy planning in the morning, but I kept burning out by noon. Then I tried moving that stuff to the night before, like laying out clothes and prepping lunch, and leaving mornings just for quiet coffee and a 10-minute walk. It sounds dumb but after 3 days I felt way less rushed and actually had energy left for the afternoon. Has anyone else flipped their schedule like that and noticed a big difference?

Wait, you seriously swapped your whole day around like that and it actually worked? I gotta be honest, that sounds exhausting to me. I tried doing my planning at night once and just ended up laying in bed staring at the ceiling because my brain wouldn't shut off. And mornings are the only time I can actually think straight before the chaos hits, so giving that up for a slow coffee walk would probably make me miss my bus lol. Plus I feel like checking things off a morning list gives me momentum, like once I'm done prepping lunch and picking my clothes I've already won part of the day. But hey, if it takes the edge off your burnout then power to you, I just can't wrap my head around giving up that productive window.

Have you tried just writing down tomorrow's top three tasks instead of a full night plan?
