Saw a real shift in my morning routine after 6 weeks of sticking with it

I used to wake up and immediately grab my phone to check emails and news. It would put me in a reactive mood before I even got out of bed. So I switched to a 10 minute walk around my block in Austin before touching my phone. After 6 weeks, I noticed I'm way calmer starting my workday and I don't feel that rush of anxiety anymore. Has anyone else tried changing one small habit and seen a big difference over time?

Totally get what you mean @oscarwilliams, that line about "smallest tweaks rippling through your whole day" hits hard. I started making my bed every morning a few months back and it honestly changed how the rest of my day flows, like a domino effect I never saw coming. It's wild how one tiny habit can just snowball into something bigger without you even trying.
