Rant: I read that 70% of people who set yearly goals forget them by February

Found this stat in a blog post from a life coach's site last week. It made me realize how pointless most goal-setting advice is if the system fails that fast. I've always been told to make big, bold plans, but maybe we need to focus on tiny daily habits instead. What's a small change you actually kept up with for a full year?

Ugh, that stat is SO real. I started just drinking a glass of water before my coffee every morning and it's the only thing that's ever stuck.

Makes the whole coffee ritual feel more intentional. I started adding a tiny pinch of salt to the water, cuts the bitterness later. That one small change sort of sets the tone for the whole day.
