My whole week goes better when I just let the day take me where it wants to go. The whole idea of being married to a clock and a checklist feels like setting yourself up for disappointment. I noticed this with people I work with too, the ones who can't adjust when a task takes longer than predicted are always the ones who get frustrated and burnt out. @reese551 you're on to something big there, it's like we forgot life just happens in its own time.
