Just realized my morning routine hack actually stuck for 3 months straight

I started setting out my workout clothes and a pre-made smoothie the night before back in September, and somehow I've kept it going through December without missing a day. Has anyone else found one tiny change that just clicked and stayed?

You mentioned the guilt of skipping it when you don't feel like it... but does that guilt actually ever hit harder on the days you really didn't want to go vs. the days you just changed your mind? Like, is it more about the streak itself or about knowing you actually wanted the rest that morning?

Hmm, I gotta push back a little. Setting out clothes the night before has never worked for me long term. It feels like I'm locking myself into a plan I might not even want when morning comes, and then I just feel guilty if I skip it. Does the pressure of keeping that streak ever make you less excited to actually work out?
