I swapped my morning scroll for a 6am walk in the park for a week, and my brain just works better now.
I figured I was just tired, but after forcing myself out the door for seven days straight, I realized the constant news feed was making me anxious before I even started my day, so has anyone else found a simple switch that fixed a bigger problem?

Honestly, I should try that. My version was just switching from coffee to tea, which fixed nothing except making me a more tired version of myself.
