Dropped $200 on an air purifier and it actually fixed my sleep issues

I always woke up stuffy and tired, even after 8 hours in bed. My wife kept saying it was dust or something in our bedroom. Finally broke down and bought a $200 HEPA air purifier from a hardware store, not one of those fancy online brands. Set it up three weeks ago and ran it every night. First morning I could actually breathe through my nose clearly, and I've been sleeping deeper since. My wife says I snore less too, which is a bonus. It paid for itself in just better mornings alone. Has anyone else had a small purchase like that completely change a daily problem for them?

Ha, have you noticed any change in your allergies or anything too? I've had a similar thing happen with a cheap white noise machine... I always thought I slept fine but my husband said I was a light sleeper and would wake up at every little creak in the house. Bought one of those basic little box ones for like 30 bucks and it's wild how much better I sleep now. I don't wake up as much during the night and I don't feel as groggy in the morning. It's crazy how a small thing like that can fix something you thought was just normal...

Totally agree. I bought a little $20 fan just for the noise and it was a game changer. My husband used to complain I was a "noise ninja" because I would stir at every little sound. Now I just sleep through the whole night. I also noticed my sinuses aren't as stuffed up in the morning. It's funny how something so small can just fix what you thought was normal.
