Why does nobody talk about how long it takes to get a client's brand color to look right on a printed t-shirt?
I just spent 4 hours yesterday trying to match a Pantone 2945 C for a merch order, going back and forth with the printer over email and adjusting my file 6 times before it finally looked close enough.

Remember when we had to do that for screen printing? The ink just soaks into the fabric differently.

Actually I found the ink soaks in pretty much the same way every time if you control for the fabric blend. The real issue was always the screen tension, not the fabric itself. We used to blame the material when the setup was off.
