That 2am kickoff meeting in Singapore rewired my whole file setup

Was on a client call last Tuesday at 2am their time and I kept digging through 12 different folders just to find the latest wireframe. Embarrassing. So I spent the next morning building one master file with clearly labeled artboards and a cover page that lists what's current. Now I can hand off to anyone on the team in under 30 seconds. Anyone else hit that wall where your own naming system stops making sense after a few weeks?
