Spent 2 hours fighting with a font that wouldn't embed correctly in a client mockup

Turns out I had an old version of the typeface loaded that was conflicting with the Google Fonts version, has anyone else run into this dumb sync issue?

oh man, that is such a frustrating thing to deal with. i mean, you think you're just opening a file and everything should work, but then bam, there's this whole hidden conflict. i've definitely been there with similar sync issues, it's like the computer just decides to mess with you for fun. idk why these things happen, but it always seems to be when you're on a tight deadline too. sorry you had to go through that, hopefully the mockup came together in the end.

Tell me about it... computers have a sixth sense for knowing exactly when you're in a hurry, @fiona_nelson51. It's like they wait until you're three cups of coffee deep and staring at a deadline to pull this kind of stunt.
