My project review time went from 3 days to 3 hours after I switched to a single feedback doc.

I used to get feedback in emails, Slack, and even handwritten notes, which was a nightmare to track. Now I just drop a Google Doc link in the project brief and ask everyone to comment there. Has anyone found a better way to keep client notes from getting lost?

That system falls apart when you have clients who refuse to use Google Docs. We had to go back to a shared email inbox because several key people would only ever reply directly to messages.

Did you try keeping one shared inbox for tracking but asking the client for their preferred method upfront? We had the same issue until we made it a rule to ask "how do you want to send stuff?" before starting work. That way we could just copy their replies into the system ourselves and still keep everything organized.

Oh man, that is so frustrating. You finally get a good system going and then a few people just won't play along. Been there.
