Oh I get what you mean, @morgan_jenkins90! I just meant the old-school look with all the bright colors and busy patterns. It's more nostalgic than actually bad, you know? They had a certain charm for their time.

Yeah that stings for sure. What helped me was stepping back for a day then asking a few friends what they actually saw when they looked at it, not just the client's take. Turned out my palette just needed one or two colors toned down a bit instead of a full redo.
