Trying to get our devs to use the new button styles was a total mess
Our team spent 6 months building a Figma library with 12 button variants, but the devs kept building custom ones because the docs were just a PDF. I finally made a simple HTML/CSS sandbox they could copy-paste from, and adoption went from 10% to 80% in a month. Has anyone else found a better way to bridge the design-to-code gap?

That HTML sandbox trick is smart. We had a similar thing where our devs just wanted to see the actual CSS, not a style guide.

What's the best way to show them that?

Oh wow, I used to be the designer who insisted on perfect Figma docs and PDFs, but seeing that HTML sandbox trick totally flipped my thinking! @theabennett, it's all about meeting devs where they actually work instead of forcing them into our tools. Giving them real code they can grab and modify instantly just makes way more sense than any style guide ever could.
