Ever notice how bad labels mess up simple stuff in real life? Like shampoo that says "volume" or "body" but you can't tell which one actually cleans your hair. Or remote control buttons with tiny symbols that make you guess what they do. It's wild how often we just guess at things because the words or icons are unclear. Your sales team hitting that checkout wall totally proves we need real people testing this stuff, not just designers who already get it.

Wait, the sales team got stuck? They know the product inside out, so if they're hitting a wall, that label must be truly terrible. It just shows how easy it is to build something only you understand. The fix should be so obvious once you see real people guessing.
