Just watched my team triple their handoff speed after adding live design tokens
Before I added actual live tokens to our Figma library, every developer handoff took at least 3 rounds of 'this blue is wrong' back and forth. Over 4 months of using tokens tied to our codebase, we cut merge request disputes from 8 per sprint down to maybe 1. Has anyone else seen that big of a shift from a single system change?

Three months in our Figma tokens cut handoff revisions from five rounds to one.

Started seeing the same thing about 6 months in. The trick for us was making the tokens do the heavy lifting in our component library too, not just in Figma. Cut our QA review time almost in half once devs stopped having to guess colors.
