Just realized I burned 300 hours on a custom icon library nobody asked for

I spent 12 weeks hand-crafting 240 icons for our internal dashboard, only to find out the team was already using a free icon set from the internet, so has anyone else sunk serious time into something the rest of the group never wanted?
