Heard a guy at the coffee shop say his designer ghosted him for 3 weeks, so I checked my own reply times
I was sitting two tables over from this guy in Portland last Thursday and he told his friend his logo designer went dark for 3 weeks with no update. It made me pull up my own sent folder right there and count how long my oldest unanswered client message had been sitting. 9 days. Not as bad as 3 weeks, but that client paid me a deposit in April and I still have not shown them a single full screen. I fixed it the same night with a 4 sentence update, no art, just where things stand and what happens next. Do you send progress notes even when there is nothing new to show, or only when there is something to look at?
