Question about using a specific blue for dark mode links after my friend's comment
My friend said the links in my app's dark theme looked 'dead' because I used the same blue from the light theme, so I tried a slightly brighter shade, #4DABF7, and it made a huge difference in how clickable they feel.

Yeah, that's a super common issue. Read an article once about how colors don't just get darker in dark mode, they often need to be more saturated to stand out. Your friend was right, that dead look happens when the contrast isn't enough against the dark background.
