Worst day of my IT career: 3,000 emails phished in 4 hours
Last Tuesday a vendor sent a fake invoice link that looked legit and before I caught it, half our sales team clicked it and leaked credentials. How do you train people to actually pause before clicking when they're already busy?

23000 emails in 4 hours? I used to think training was useless but after getting burned by my own team clicking a fake password reset, I finally get why they need constant reminders.
