Shoutout to my dad for making me ditch password managers

He said 'you're just making one big target for hackers' and honestly that conversation three weeks ago got me thinking about how much trust we put in a single service.

Totally agree, my buddy showed me how an old password manager of his got breached and it was terrifying. Made me rethink everything too, you ever go back to just memorizing them?

and see @shanenguyen i get that argument but honestly i think having all your passwords in one secure place is way safer than using "Summer2024!" for everything because your brain can't remember 50 different ones. plus most breaches come from phishing or weak passwords (not the manager itself) and at least with a manager you get that random jumble that's impossible to guess.
