Passwords are fine, your real problem is phishing, not password complexity
Everyone keeps pushing 20 character random passwords but I have watched two coworkers get owned because they typed their good password into a fake login page last Friday. A strong password mean nothing when someone just asks for it, so why are we still acting like length is the fix?

...my buddy used the same password everywhere, super long and random, and still got wiped out by a fake Microsoft login page. He typed it in without checking the URL, boom, account gone in minutes. So yeah, phishing is the real game, length just makes you feel safe until someone asks nicely.
