Password manager vs paper notebook, I picked the notebook and regret it twice a week

Honestly, after getting hit by a phishing attempt last month, I froze up and chose to write all my logins in a physical notebook instead of setting up a password manager. Took me 3 days to find the thing when I needed a bank code at a coffee shop in Portland. Now I'm stuck re-entering 40+ passwords manually and my hand hurts, plus I left the notebook on a bus last Tuesday. Is switching to Bitwarden or 1Password actually worth the weekend of migration, or should I just burn the notebook and start fresh?
