Just found out my old router was wide open for years

I was messing with my home network last week trying to figure out why my security cameras kept dropping. Turns out I never disabled WPS on my ISP router from 2018. A buddy walked me through the admin panel and showed me three devices I didn't recognize were still connected. I changed the admin password, turned off remote access, and ran a firmware update right there. Has anyone else checked their ISP router settings lately or is it just me?

and thats why i tell people to ditch the isp router and buy their own lol
