Colleague uses 'password123' for everything and I'm stuck on whether to speak up.

Man, I dealt with this same issue a while back. I pulled my coworker aside privately and just said I was worried about our team's security. I told him that weak passwords can let hackers into everything, not just his stuff. I even showed him how to use a password manager so he wouldn't have to remember tough ones. He was kinda embarrassed at first, but he changed his passwords and thanked me later. It's awkward, but speaking up can save everyone a lot of trouble.

Kinda wish my coworker just cried instead of giving me that long speech about how "password123" is easy to remember. Your guy actually changing his passwords puts him in the top tier of office mates. We should all be so lucky.
