A red teamer told me to stop locking my home office door and I fought it for a month
He said my whole bias was that the door protected me, but it really just gave me false peace. Now I keep it open and log every device on my network, found a old router from 2016 I forgot about. Anyone else get called out on a security habit that felt right but was actually weak?
