Found a CSS Grid layout trick at a small museum in Portland
I visited the Portland Art Museum last weekend and noticed their exhibit cards use a really smooth grid that snaps into 3 perfect columns on desktop. Has anyone else experimented with using subgrid for aligning text blocks inside those cards?

Did your friend say it was tricky to get the borders to line up right?
