Grid vs Flexbox for magazine layouts - Grid wins every time

I spent 3 hours fighting Flexbox to make a two-column magazine spread and switched to Grid in 20 minutes. Has anyone else found Grid just makes more sense for actual layout work?

Honestly, Grid just works. Flexbox is for tiny stuff.

I spent 45 minutes once trying to get Flexbox to do a simple 3-column layout and nearly threw my laptop... Grid is just easier for that stuff.
