container queries broke my brain for a weekend, now I get it

Tried swapping a card component from media queries to container queries last Friday and spent 6 hours chasing a layout that kept collapsing. The fix was realizing the parent needed a container-type set before any child could query it, now I'm rebuilding my whole component library around this.
