Fought with a single CSS gradient for 4 hours before my coworker fixed it in 30 seconds

I was trying to make a sunset gradient for a landscape scene, all oranges and purples, but it kept looking like a bruise. My coworker Jen walked by my desk, saw me messing with the color stops for the 50th time, and said 'try putting the bright orange at 70% instead of 50%'. Swapped those numbers and bam, it looked perfect. Felt like a dummy but hey, sometimes you just need another pair of eyes. Has anyone else had a simple CSS fix that took way too long to figure out?

Honestly, how many times did you reread your own code before admitting you needed help? Tbh I waste way too much time staring at the same line over and over.

@terry_hayes18 yeah same. I set a timer for 15 mins then force myself to ask for help.
