I never saw the point of prompts for office stuff... but a session on career jumps made it click for me.

Same here, they always felt like busy work. But that session showed me how a good prompt can totally reframe how you see your own skills. I was stuck thinking about my job title, but the prompts made me list out what I actually do every day. Suddenly I had a clear list of things I could take to a different role. It was less about filling out a form and more about forcing yourself to see the pieces you have to work with, you know?

What clicked for you about prompts during that session? I've always found those office prompts pretty useless myself.

Oh totally... it was the part about breaking things down into tiny steps. I always just wrote "customer service" on my resume, but the prompt made me list every single thing that goes into that. Like calming someone down, finding info fast, explaining things clearly... stuff I never thought to write down. Made me realize I actually have a whole set of skills, not just one job title.
