Serious question, did I waste $600 on a drawing tablet I never use?
I bought a 13 inch pen display about 8 months ago because I thought it would make me draw way more, and I have used it maybe 4 times since. The worst part is I spent $600 on it and then another $90 on a screen protector and a stand that are still in the box. I kept telling myself I needed the fancy screen to get serious, but honestly I draw more on my $40 sketchbook at my kitchen table in Reno. The thing that changed my mind was watching a studio tour where the guy had a $2000 setup and admitted he still roughs everything out on paper first. Has anyone here bought gear they thought would fix their habits and then just felt dumb about it?
