Pro tip: I stopped cleaning my brushes and my colors got better
I let my filberts sit in a jar of linseed oil instead of scrubbing them after every session, and after 2 weeks my blends stopped going muddy. Turns out I was wrecking the bristles with solvent and losing the shape that made the strokes work. Anyone else keep a set they never fully clean?
