Does anyone's studio actually use those fancy mood boards or is it just for Instagram?

does your boss actually make you pin stuff up or is it just for the gram? my studio keeps a running pinterest board for reference pics, but the real work gets done on a shared google doc.

Agree completely, our creative director is super into physical mood boards and it drives me nuts... we spend like an hour pinning things up for a meeting that never gets looked at again. The rest of us keep a private Pinterest board on the side and just screenshot the good pins for the google doc. Honestly the physical board is more for show, the actual useful stuff ends up in the shared folder.
