Tried hand signals from 120 feet up and the guy on the ground waved back like we were old friends
Decided to skip the radio for one lift at the yard in Tulsa just to see if my signals were still sharp, and the rigger on the ground got confused and started waving at me like I was saying hi. Turns out my boom-down signal and a friendly wave look the same from 120 feet up, so we went back to radios and I got a nice laugh out of it. Anyone else have a signal that reads totally different down on the ground?
