Saw a wild before-and-after at a job site in Memphis last month
Ngl I was helping out on a site for a new warehouse build and we had this one crane operator who was known for being super rough on the controls. His first lift of the day was a big steel beam and he swung it around like he was mad at it. The safety guy yelled at him to take a break and grab some coffee. When he came back 20 minutes later he was like a totally different guy. He made the second lift look like he was setting a baby down in a crib. The whole crew stopped and watched because it was so smooth. Has anyone else seen a guy flip a switch like that after just a short break?

You ever notice how being mad or rushed makes your whole body tense up, even when you don't realize it? I bet that guy was gripping the controls way too tight and breathing shallow before his break. After he stepped away and reset, his muscles actually relaxed and the machine probably felt completely different in his hands. Its wild how a 20 minute timeout can change your whole nervous system like that lol.

Man that hit close to home @troy_butler7. I remember one time I was so pissed at a laggy game I was basically turning into a statue without realizing it. My shoulders were up by my ears and I was barely breathing. After I ragequit and stomped around the kitchen for 10 minutes I came back and my hands felt way looser on the mouse. Its like your brain forgets you can just... let go. I swear a short break changes your grip pressure and reaction speed more than any upgrade could lol
