Back when I ran a 6 man crew on a school addition in Boise, every single change order went into a green spiral notebook I kept in my back pocket, and I only lost maybe 2 all year. Now everything goes into an app on my phone and somehow last month I ate $3,400 on a framing change because I never logged it. Does anyone actually have a system that sticks, or are we all just fooling ourselves with these apps?
