That 30% construction labor productivity stat hit me hard
I read a McKinsey report Tuesday that said construction labor productivity has only grown about 1% a year for decades, while manufacturing grew 3.6%. Has anyone actually tried to change their crews' workflow based on numbers like that, or is it just talk at the office?
