Spotted a new kind of safety sign at a site in Tacoma

Honestly, I was driving past a big mixed-use project in Tacoma last week and something caught my eye. They had these huge digital signs at every gate, not just showing the day's safety message, but real-time stats. One screen showed '0 Days Since Last Recordable Incident' right next to a live count of people on site, like 'Current Personnel: 147'. Tbh, I've never seen that level of transparency just out in the open for everyone, even the public, to see. It got me thinking about how visible metrics might change crew behavior more than a poster in the break room. Makes the safety numbers feel immediate, not just a report you see at the monthly meeting. Has anyone else's company started using live data displays like this, and did you notice a difference?
