Tbh, I've never seen that level of transparency just out in the open for everyone, even the public, to see. It got me thinking about how visible metrics might change crew behavior more than a poster in the break room. Makes the safety numbers feel immediate, not just a report you see at the monthly meeting. Has anyone else's company started using live data displays like this, and did you notice a difference?
