Serious question about scheduling subs too tight together
I tried cramming three different trades into the same 2 day window on a small house reno in Portland last month. Electrician and plumber ended up fighting over the same wall cavity and the drywall crew just stood around waiting. I learned that even a 24 hour gap between each sub saves way more time than it costs. Anyone else find that overlapping trades just creates more problems than it solves?

Fighting over the same wall cavity" sounds like a really expensive version of a reality show I'd actually watch, lol. Maybe just give them their own separate playdates next time.

Haha yeah it would definitely make for some entertaining TV. But honestly, separate playdates can backfire too. I've seen dogs that are fine with their own kind get weirdly territorial when a stranger comes over, even if it's just a different dog. Your mileage may vary, but sometimes keeping them together but giving them more structured time helps more than isolating them. Just my two cents from what I've seen with my own pups.
