Had to choose between a 3-day shutdown or working around the clock for a weekend.
We picked the weekend sprint to keep the grocery store open, and I spent 36 straight hours on site. Anyone have a better method for scheduling disruptive concrete pours in retail?

36 hours straight is wild. That feels like a safety issue, not a scheduling win. ninam86's idea about blocking the stockroom first makes way more sense, why wasn't that the starting point? Seems like someone panicked and picked the most extreme option.

Our crew did a phased pour overnight, section by section. Could you block off just the stockroom first?
