Daily standups vs weekly check-ins, which actually keeps the crew on track
We ran 10 minute standups every morning on our Reno site near Carson City for 3 months, then switched to just a Monday and Thursday check-in. The daily version caught a drywall delivery mixup before it cost us a full day, but the weekly one let my foreman actually get work done without interruptions. I think the answer depends on crew size, since we have 14 guys and the daily meetings felt like a circus. What's worked for you all when the schedule gets tight, daily quick hits or fewer but longer meetings?

Quit timing my standups with my coffee, ended up with cold coffee and hot messes on site.
