A retired super told me to walk my punch list backwards, and I found 14 missed items
Was complaining to him about a 60 unit turnover in Boise where my punch list kept missing stuff, and he told me to walk each room from the door back to the window instead of the way I normally go. Tried it on the next floor and caught 14 things I had walked right past twice, mostly outlet plates and one missing closet rod. Anyone else have a walk pattern they swear by?
