My neighbor swore the local water tower was a cell signal blocker
Old Mr. Henderson told me last summer that the new water tower on Maple Street was actually a government signal jammer, not a water tank. I laughed it off until my phone started dropping calls every time I drove past it, even with full bars a block away. Has anyone else had weird signal dead zones pop up near new infrastructure in their town?

Sixteen years ago the old water tower on Prospect was just a water tower but after they painted it some weird camouflage pattern my satellite radio started cutting out right at the same stretch. It's not just water towers either, all my lights in the house flicker when the new smart meter turns on at 2 AM every night. The whole infrastructure thing feels like they're layering in stuff we don't know about under the excuse of upgrades. My buddy who works for the county said they've been putting these things called splash pads in parks that supposedly just spray water but the patterns are timed to the second with the school buses. Nobody cares because it's just a little glitch here or a dropped call there but it's everywhere once you start looking.
