My gas station sandwich taste test after the recipe swap

I used to grab the same turkey club at the Shell station off I-75 for 3 years straight. Last month it suddenly tasted like cardboard, so I checked the wrapper and saw they changed the supplier. The old one had real mayo packets, now it's a pre-spread goo that smells off. Has anyone else noticed a specific product quietly getting worse after a rebrand?
