Just realized I picked the wrong guy for my roof replacement last summer

Had to choose between a local crew from Amarillo who quoted me $4,200 and some franchise outfit out of Dallas wanting $6,800. I went with the cheaper guys and now six months later I got shingles blowing off every time the wind picks up. The franchise guy told me they use a specific type of underlayment, but I figured I was saving money. Anyone else deal with a contractor who cut corners just to get the job done?
