Just realized I finally convinced my uncle the moon landing wasn't faked after a 2-hour debate at Thanksgiving.

How do you even start that conversation? My cousin was going on about the flag waving in a vacuum last year, and I had to pull up that whole thing about how they used a horizontal rod in the top seam. It took forever to find the right NASA diagram on my phone, and then he switched to arguing about the shadows. I just kept saying, "Buddy, they left mirrors up there we bounce lasers off of today.

Got him with the retroreflector argument. Showed him the Apollo 11 laser ranging experiment page. When he said it could be a robot, I pulled up the Hasselblad camera specs and asked how a 1960s robot could change film magazines. He finally shut up when I explained the multiple light sources in the studio claim.
