I laughed at my uncle's "chemtrail" talk for 6 years, then I actually read the flight data
My uncle in Bakersfield has been going on about chemtrails at every family dinner since like 2018, and I used to just roll my eyes and change the subject. Last month I got bored and pulled up the public flight tracking site for our area to prove him wrong, and I found 4 planes doing loops over the same patch of valley on a Tuesday afternoon. Now I'm not saying it's anything sinister, but I could not explain to myself why those planes kept crossing the same spot for 90 minutes. I asked a buddy who works at the airport and he shrugged and said "survey flights" like that answered everything. It probably does answer everything, and I hate that I don't feel sure anymore. Has anyone here actually chased down what those loop patterns are, or am I about to become my uncle?
