Admitted the moon landing denier at work was partly right about one thing

Got into a debate with Gary from accounting about radiation belts last Tuesday. He sent me a NASA paper from 1962 that showed the Van Allen belts were way worse than they predicted. I checked the source and yeah, the radiation data back then was off. Still think we landed on the moon, but that one point made me rethink how much I trust vintage government reports. Anyone else find a nugget of truth in a crackpot argument?

Wait, he actually pulled a NASA paper from 62 and showed you the numbers were wrong?

Wait, he actually pulled a NASA paper from 62" - that's wild... I can't believe your coworker had that just sitting in his pocket ready to go.
